We all know business is can be a rough ride. Especially as an artist it can be quite difficult to navigate these murky waters and find someone with who we can trust. It's a fast paced world out there and many of us are sprinting just to keep up. We've all made promises. And I guarantee we've also broken one or two of them along the way. It's human to not be "perfect" 24/7. Success is a great standard to reach but it's also a test in one's discipline and willingness to follow through. So in the end, with all the technology and automated systems out there geared toward speedy customer service. What's the most important thing any person in business always keeps in the back of their mind?
One word.
Integrity
Back to basics here...
Q: What creates a solid relationship?
A: Someone who we know we can trust.
Q: And what makes someone who we can trust?
A: Someone who does what they say they will do.
It's that simple really. Yet it's not all that easy believe me. I wanna be successful in my business and one thing I know from my short years this far is that if you can gain a client's trust then you got them for life!!! As long as you don't break it of course.

A lot of my clients that I've gained was not just from my professionalism and appearance but from showing up when I said I would and delivering what I said I would deliver. That consistency alone will make them love you because they know that what you say you'll do is going to happen. In any business be it the most sophisticated to the mundane people generally want things to be predictable.
But it's normal to drop the ball sometimes. When things get busier and businesses keeps growing we can sometimes find it hard to keep the promises we've made for 50 clients all at the same time. It's not for the faint of heart and I totally understand if you've didn't follow though. I'm guilty myself for it.
