A great learning experience with Chef Phil Kotula and partner Sylvain Puccini for an in depth lesson on the fabrication of cheese at La Cuisine 514.
The kitchen environment and tools of the trade really gave an authentic feel to the experience.
Students learned all the ins and outs to basic cheese making and had fun through the whole process!
Never knew how much went into making something simple as cheese. Phil really helped making it so much easier!
